For standard readings included in your tarot subscription, you will usually receive a response to one of your active requests within three business days. If you’ve selected the option to skip the queue, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible – and always within 12 hours, including weekends.

Once you become a member of SmieTarot, you’ll be asked to fill out a detailed profile about yourself. To offer truly personal readings, it’s essential for us to tune into your unique energy. The more intention and honesty you put into your profile, the more meaningful and accurate your readings will be.

We follow clear ethical guidelines. That means we only offer readings for you — not for other people, unless their situation directly affects your own.
